Desperados Fresh Mexican Grille is true to its name. Chef-owner Dave Atwell takes pride in the fact that he cooks everything fresh to order. Homemade salsa, sauces, guacamole, black beans as well as making his own chips. Signature "Smokin' Fajitas" is a menu favorite - marinated steak or chicken served with grilled poblano pepper, red pepper, onion and potato with a side plate of rice, beans, lettuce, tomato, cheese and warm flour tortillas. Desperados offers a full bar and yes, pitchers of margaritas.

 Yes, we make our own:
Salsa, chips, chorizo, guacamole, black beans, red chile sauce, tomatillo verde sauce, buffalo wing sauce, spiced mushrooms, mexican rice, corn bread & soups. We also shred & mix our own blend of cheese. Plus, I’m sure i missed a few!
